In September of 2013 the Law Offices of James W. Flood welcomed attorney John Aitchison. John is a graduate of Temple University with honors from the Beasley School of Law and an undergraduate degree from State University of New York at Albany.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of James W. Flood, John worked with Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office as the Assistant District Attorney.  John brings his experience in criminal law  for clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies in Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Berks and Lebanon counties.

John is a native to Canada and attended college at the age of 16 after completing high school in 3 years. John lives in Montgomery County with his wife, son and dog.
